This is the official Kut.cards beta. Chrome shows a developer-mode warning because this build is installed before its Web Store approval. You can remove it at any time from Chrome's Extensions page.

Installation

Five quick steps

Download and extract the ZIP

Click Download extension ZIP. Open your Downloads folder, right-click the ZIP, choose Extract All, and remember the extracted folder. Do not load the ZIP itself.

Open Chrome Extensions

Paste the address below into Chrome's address bar and press Enter.

Turn on Developer mode

Enable the Developer mode switch in the upper-right corner of the Extensions page. Chrome will reveal three additional buttons.

Load the extracted folder

Click Load unpacked, open the folder you extracted, and select the folder containing manifest.json. Kut.cards Browser Importer will appear in Chrome.

Pin, capture, and connect

Click Chrome's puzzle-piece icon and pin Kut.cards. Open an article, click the extension, accept the privacy notice, and choose Capture this article. From the review queue, connect your Kut.cards account and send selected sources.

Updating to the Web Store version later

When Google approves the listing, install the Web Store version and reconnect it to Kut.cards. You can then remove this unpacked beta from chrome://extensions. Captured articles already uploaded to your Kut.cards account will remain there.
