Kut.cards collects only the information needed to operate accounts, provide debate tools, and understand whether the website is useful.
Anonymous website analytics
Kut.cards uses a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics service. It records page paths, referring sites, general browser and device categories, approximate country, pageviews, visits, and anonymous conversion events such as creating an account, joining a school, connecting the extension, downloading a file, or submitting an AI job.
The analytics tracker does not use cookies, fingerprint visitors, track people across websites, or receive names, email addresses, passwords, archive searches, article text, card content, payment details, or school codes. It respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting.
Account and workspace data
Account details, saved cards, folders, imported articles, memberships, token transactions, and job status are stored only to provide the Kut.cards service. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Kut.cards.
Browser Importer
The Browser Importer reads a page only after the user requests a capture. Captured material remains local until the user explicitly sends it to Kut.cards. See the Browser Importer privacy notice for details.
