How do I answer this counterplan on the aff?
The first thing I’ll say is that YOU SHOULD LOOK AT YOUR SPECIFIC AFF FIRST AND NOT JUST THE ANSWER SECTION OF THIS FILE. You definitely need to also use the aff cards in this file, but your aff’s defense of patents/trademarks/copyright and those specific internal links are very important. Do not autopilot and just slap a bunch of cards in the 2ac. Do the work!!!
That being said, I’ve included solvency deficit cards and answers to the net benefits. I personally do not think PDCP is viable (but feel free to try to prove me wrong.) I do think there could be some versions of perm do both and some type of intrinsic perm to be things, but I’ll let you figure it out beyond that hint.
