The evidence that a big tech with unchecked AI dominance zeros any solvency for “start-ups” or “disruptive technologies” is strong.
The DA solves case is fun/strong—
evidence that antitrust >>> patents at generating innovation in the tech sector is strong.
a credible FTC/DOJ is better for innovation and for preventing trade secrets.
